Large infected ulcer on swollen leg. Treated with IV antibiotics, serial debridements of dead tissue, and compression therapy. Note that after consistent compression patient has decreased leg diameter after several weeks, with increased granulation and significant epithelialization.

Large wound on buttock after debridement. Skin substitute grafting for several weeks with regular debridements.

Large leg wound after hospitalization with exposed tendon. Several weeks of skin substitute grafting with regular debridement. Fully healed after 3 months.

Stage IV pressure ulcer on sacrococcyx which had been present for over a year. Edges were lifted off and excised with delayed primary closure, then approximated and stretched with retention sutures over several weeks.
